To qualify for a return, items must adhere to the following conditions:

- Please be aware that customized or personalized items, final sale items, and any products damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

If, in our reasonable determination, a product shipped to us is ineligible for return, we will not be responsible for returning that ineligible Product to you. Romagi has no obligations with respect to such ineligible products.
